Also it is shrinkingt on one wall enough that trim won't cover it. Staples planks close to wall for less gluing or top nailing. All kind of flooring nailer is not good for hardwood.
Because of the shape of the flooring nailer, you won't be able to use it close to the wall.
I have tried using an air brad nailer, but the nails are 18 gauge and are thin and when they don't go in all the way, they can not be. There is really vey little room to swing a nailer hammer since i'll probably lay the first row in the middle of the hall and work towards both walls. The flooring nailer can't be used for the first row; Floors, metric configurations including bamboo and can be converted for face nailing by changing accessory shoes (sold separately).
